CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund through February 25
From February 26 - March 6 refunds can be given minus a $50 deposit for commuters and a $100 deposit for those that have booked a room.
There will be no refunds after March 6.
Shared Room and Bath Information - How will we do that?
Room availability and assignments are on a first come first serve basis with paid registration. Camp Hebron has a variety of room styles and types that have been categorized below by their amenities. Room assignments will be finalized following the closure of registration. For more details on our venue go to CampHebron.org. Lodging for the conference includes Sunday and Monday nights.
Solo/Private: This provides you with your own private room and private bath not shared with others.
Shared/Private: This provides you and up to 2 other roommates with a bed/bunk and a private bathroom.

Shared/Shared: This provides you with a bed/bunk in a cottage or cabin bunkhouse-style room with access to a shared bathroom. (Images below) Please list your preferred roommates and ask them to register ASAP. We will be filling these bed assignments on a first come first serve basis.
Pre-Conference Workshop - Project WET Facilitator Training on 5 Curriculums ($80)
Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 9 AM - 5 PM
There's more to Project WET than just the blue book! Join Project WET Coordinator Jessica Kester as you learn how to facilitate five of the curriculums offered under the Project WET umbrella. To become a Project WET Facilitator, and be able to run your own workshops in any of the five curriculums, participants will need to complete pre and post-assignments at home, actively participate in the day's training, and have the willingness to run at least one educator workshop. |
Participants will receive a copy of the Project WET 2.0 Curriculum & Activity Guide, the Getting Little Feet WET Early Childhood Guide, both the Healthy Water Healthy People Curriculum and Facilitators Guide, the new Climate, Water & Resilience Guide, and the WOW! Wonders of Wetlands Curriculum Guide. Prior Project WET knowledge and Educator level training is encouraged but not required. Act 48 hours will be offered. Lunch is included.
Membership Rates: PAEE members receive a discounted conference rate. If you are a PAEE member you will need to use the email address for your membership to register for the conference. If you are unable to reach the membership rate, or feel there is an error with your rate please contact Stacey at stacey@paee.net.
